ClearTrip, the beloved travel booking platform, wanted to spread some Valentine's Day cheer with a fun and shareable social media experience. Recognizing that picture-perfect moments (and the partners who sometimes struggle to capture them) are universal, we were tasked with creating an AR effect to bring some lighthearted love to Instagram.

Forget perfect poses – we went for genuine laughs! Our AR effect superimposes a playful "Partner Photography Checklist" onto the screen as users try to snap shots of their loved ones. Think reminders like "Hair on point!" or "Feet not getting cut off! " designed to spark smiles, playful teasing, and maybe even a few actually good photos.

The "Love Lens" was a social media hit! The relatable humor sparked tons of shares and tagged posts as users had fun with the checklist. ClearTrip saw a boost in brand engagement and positive sentiment on Valentine's Day, proving that a dash of tech and a lot of heart can make a travel brand an unexpected part of the holiday fun.
